Booking

During weekends we only accept bookings for the entire weekend, i.e., Friday to Sunday.

Contact us for a price quote for corporate or other special events.

Opening season

We are open every day from the 1st of March until approximately 1 December.

With other words, we are closed in December, January and February.

Check-in from 15.00, check-out by 11.00.

Terms of cancellations

For reservations from 1 to 3 rooms

Reservations can be cancelled or amended at no charge until 28 days in advance of your stay.

If you cancel or change your reservation from 28 to 14 days in advance, you will be charged 50 per cent of the cost of your stay.

If you cancel or change your reservation within 14 days in advance, you will be charged the full price for the period reserved.

For group reservations (bookings of 4 rooms up to the entire hotel)

Full refund of your reservation until 60 days before your planned arrival.

Cancellations between 60 to 40 days before your planned arrival: 50 per cent of the agreed price will be charged.

Cancellations later than 30 days before your planned arrival: 100 per cent of the agreed price will be charged.

Terms of payment

We reserve the right to adjust our prices as a result of increased costs of goods and services, currency rate fluctuations, increased taxes and charges, or other conditions beyond our control.

We wish to be cash-free, and encourage our guests to use electronic forms of payment.

We encourage our guests to pay by credit card. A payment terminal is available, and the hotel accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Only Norwegian kroner – NOK – are accepted for cash payment.

We reserve the right to demand payment in advance.

Meals

We serve a three-course dinner every evening at 19.30. Our capacity is limited to serving hotel guests only. When booking, please inform us about any allergies or dietary requirements.

Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.00. Lunch is not served at the hotel, but you can make yourself a packed lunch and fill your thermos flask from the breakfast buffet.

Pets

We love animals, but pets are unfortunately not allowed in our rooms.
